- Obverse: The obverse features a dove in flight with the skyline of Jerusalem below. Inscribed above the dove in flight is the phrase “DOVE OF PEACE”.
- Reverse: The reverse design features the Holy Land Mint logo. The name “JERUSALEM” is inscribed above the logo and the date is inscribed immediately beneath it. The purity, weight, and content of “ONE TROY OUNCE • 999 FINE SILVER” is found along the lower edge of the rim.
Holy Land Mint (a.k.a. Israel Coins and Medals Corp.), while being somewhat unique in terms of mints, is not well-known in spite of it’s longevity. Until 2008, the Corporation was fully owned by the Government of Israel. During 2008, it was privatized and is now known by the name Holy Land Mint.
